Translation Prizes

The Society of Authors administers prizes for published translations from Arabic, Dutch, French, German, Greek (modern),  Italian, Portuguese, Spanish and Swedish.

The 2010 Translation Prizes

The 2010 Translation Prizes - for translation from the Arabic, French, German, Hebrew, Italian and Spanish - will be awarded at Kings Place on 31st January 2011.

The German Embassy Award for Translators

The aim of this new award, which provides a unique opportunity for established literary translators working in the UK, is to promote and develop German-English translation in the United Kingdom.
