Ms Christine Irwin
Personal Statement: Christine Irwin is one of the leading practitioners in organisation design and implementation based in the UK and USA. After over 30 years' experience in manufacturing, retail, finance and government she hung up her consultant’s hat in 2011 and now devotes her time to encouraging and developing the next generation of organisation design practitioners. She is co-author of “Organization Design: A Guide to Building Effective Organizations” published by Kogan Page in 2011.
