Personal Statement: I write children's fiction and a variety of non-fiction materials; I run workshops for children, teachers and communities and I am willing to take on residencies in schools, libraries or commercial workplaces. I am particularly interested in using creative writing to develop self confidence and self expression and to explore social issues such as bullying and abuse.
