David Orme is an ex-teacher who has been writing for about twenty years. He has published around 200 books, including fiction, poetry and non fiction for children, and a wide range of text books and other school resources in print and on CD ROM and on the Internet. He visits around 50 schools a year running writing workshop and talking about his work.
Simon Greenall writes English Language Teaching textbooks, and has been a member of the Society of Authors for over 25 years. He is a past President of IATEFL (1997 – 99) and has published many books including exam material, adult and secondary courses, as well as radio and television programmes for the BBC. He has given workshops and conference presentations in over 45 countries around the world.
Sue Palmer has written more than 200 books and educational TV programmes on aspects of literacy. She was a contributor to several National Literacy Strategy training packages and also writes regularly in the Times Educational Supplement and Child Education.
Sue provides inservice courses in schools, universities and LEAs throughout the UK and Europe, and acts as a literacy consultant to numerous educational publishers and the BBC. www.suepalmer.co.uk
