Author of fiction and non-fiction books. Currently interested in the genre of fact-led historical fiction/biography
w/t The Interview for publication 2014. Set in Paris, 1972 - It is the story of what happened when rising star Bruce Chatwin was sent by Sunday Times magazine to interview Irish designer Eileen Gray.
My previous: 'A Type of Beauty, the story of Kathleen Newton (1854-1882)' long listed for Historical Novel Society International Award 2013. Other works of fiction: 'Time & Destiny' , the story of Irish designer Eileen Gray; and Once Upon a Summer.
My non-fiction titles include: Dying with Love; Earning your Living from Home; Working Mothers, as well as 'Writing for the Market' and 'Writing for Success', tying in with my work with emerging writers both as part of UCD's Adult Education Programme, around Ireland and on-line. I love anything to do with words and am an avid reader.
