Jim is an technology consultant and web developer who also runs an ed tech company with his friends in Australia, helping kids acquire 21st century coding skills. He came into writing quite by accident and has now gotten the 'bug' for it.
His first publication for Dennis Publishing ("How to Code in Minecraft", 2016) teaches Minecraft enthusiasts how they can learn how to code via their love of the game. His second publication for Batsford Books ("How to Think Like a Coder: Without Even Trying!", 2017) is a back-to-basics for anyone interested in (and also possibly intimidated by) learning how to code.
He is available for interviews and school appearances, including workshops on computational thinking.
