Sophia curates and delivers the SoA events programme. She supports the SoA's team of Group Coordinators and is a coordinator herself, for the Scriptwriters Group. She is also co-chair of the SoA's Staff Inclusivity Network.

In 2021 Sophia was named a Rising Star by The Bookseller.
