I am executor for the estate of the artist and writer Eugene Halliday, and the editor of the Melchisedec Press and the Halliday Review. In June 2015 I was awarded the University of East Anglia Certificate in Creative Writing in How to Write the New Biography and in 2018 the Diploma in Creative Writing in Biography. In 2015 I revived the Melchisedec Press which was founded in the 1990s to publish the work of Eugene Halliday, and published my first book, a jointly authored work "Personal Journey" by John Zaradin and Hephzibah Yohannan, a music memoir. In 2017 I published "The Paradoxical Ego" by Eugene Halliday and Zhu Kabere; and "Die Eroberung der Angst", a German translation of Halliday's "The Conquest of Anxiety". In 2019 I published the 4th edition (revised) of Halliday's "Reflexive Self-Consciousness". I am currently working on a biography of Eugene Halliday, and a biography of his friend the German Jewish emigre artist Käthe Schuftan, whose story I first rediscovered in 2014-2015. I helped to set up and introduced an exhibition "The Art of Eugene Halliday and Käthe Schuftan" which runs from September to November 2019 at Tan y Garth Hall Retreat in North Wales, in conjuction with the "Insiders Outsiders Festival".
